"I started my fitness journey with Resonate EMS Studio with just losing weight as my goal. I train only once a week but always give my all when I'm in the studio as Amanda and the team really whip up the atmosphere during training. They can accommodate whichever part of your body you feel like you need to work on. It's basically 20minutes per session, but I saw results. I've grown stronger, I am gaining muscles and lost a few cm midsection. It's always fun in the studio and I always look forward to training day. Thanks Amanda for being an amazing trainer!"

"Doing EMS was life changing for me. I had been battling Long Covid for a couple of years and I was finding it very difficult to manage muscle pain, joint pain and fatigue. EMS started by feeling impossible to bear and I could not even tolerate a 20 min session. Amanda was very caring and flexible with my ability to exercise. She didn’t give up on me and I kept coming back for another session. It made a massive difference. Slowly I progressed and I am now at a great level of fitness. My muscles are stronger, the pain is very much improved and I can exercise on the daily basis like I never thought I could do again. I am back working a full time job that was not possible before. "Hands down, best choice in my training journey I’ve made by training at Resonate. Me being someone who signs up to a gym and never makes the most of their membership, the trainer Amanda, is someone who makes me actually want to go to my sessions and look forward to them each week. After only 5 weeks of sessions, I have notably seen my areas of focus tone up, and my clothing becoming loose fitting around these areas too. The sessions are suited to you dependant on what you want to gain out of each session, e.g strength or cardio. Amanda definitely helps to make you feel comfortable and motivated throughout, hence why I keep going back!"
